The Hollywood Reporter Spotlights The Redline Venice as a Living Tribute to Black History

The Hollywood Reporter explored how The Redline Hotel Venice is redefining what it means to stay in a space that’s steeped in history, identity, and culture.

We shared how every room tells a story: from the resilience of Venice’s Black forefather, Arthur Reese, to the Black skate culture. Through thoughtful design, historical research, and intentional collaboration with Reese’s descendants and local historians, we’ve created a space for guests to connect to, discover, and reflect on the history of Venice Beach.
