This Website is operated by The Redline Hotel Group and is separate from our hotel booking website, The Redline Venice. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Identifying information — name, postal/shipping address, billing address, phone number, email address, and IP address.
- Internet or electronic activity — information about how you interact with our Website (pages visited, links clicked, and similar usage data).
- Payment information (merch shop only). Our merch shop runs on Squarespace, and payments are processed by Squarespace's payment processors Stripe and/or PayPal. Your card number, expiration date, and security code (CVV) are transmitted directly to the payment processor and are not collected or stored on our systems. We may receive and retain limited transaction details, such as the last four digits of your card, the transaction amount, and your billing and shipping address, for order fulfillment, recordkeeping, and customer service.
We are not required by law, court order, or tribunal to collect this information. We may combine or link the personal information we hold about you.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and secure the Website;
- Process and fulfill merch shop orders;
- Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;

With whom we share your personal information
We share personal information only with the following categories of third parties, and only for the purposes described:
- Squarespace — operates our online store and checkout. Receives: name, email, billing and shipping address, and order details.
- Payment processor Stripe and/or PayPal — processes your payment. Receives: name, billing address, and payment amount. Card details are handled directly by the processor and are not stored by us. The processor's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
- Printful — produces and ships your merch orders. Receives: name, shipping address, and order details, governed by Printful's own privacy policy.
- Zoom (Zoom Phone) — our telephony provider, used to deliver one-to-one text and voice communications. Receives: your phone number, solely to transmit the communication.
- Analytics and email marketing providers (Google Analytics, AgencyAnalytics, HubSpot, Omnisend) — help us understand site usage and send communications you have opted into. Receive: email address, IP address, and website interaction data.
- Hosting and IT service providers — operate and secure the Website.
We do not share your information with any third party for that third party's own marketing purposes.
Text messages
We use phone numbers you provide to communicate with you directly on a one-to-one basis — for example, to answer questions, confirm details, or respond to your inquiries. These messages are conversational and are not promotional marketing campaigns. We use Zoom (Zoom Phone) as our telephony provider to deliver these messages; your phone number is shared with Zoom solely to transmit the communication.
Mobile opt-in information, including phone numbers collected for SMS communications, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP.
